Nest Mini has no sound

• My Google Nest Mini has no sound. I've done multiple resets and reboots. Volume control has been checked numerous times. It heats commands and responds as the lights are changing/pulsing but no sound comes out at all.

Thanks for posting. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. 

Since you already tried rebooting and resetting your Nest Mini could you send us a short video clip showing it’s concern so we can investigate further?

Below are the steps on how to upload a photo or video:

1. Start a new post.
2. Click Insert Image.
3. Choose an image source location.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.
