Nest Mini just says "here are the top search results"

I tried removing, uninstalling, and factory reset.

It still says, "Here are the top search results."

That's it. It used to answer the question.

Hey Google. What's the highest point in Mexico.

And it would say "According to somesite.com...

Now it just says, "Here are the top search results." and stops.

Thanks for posting. 

I want to follow up if the issue is still happening. Please try changing the Assistant language in the Google Home app to either English US or UK and let me know how it goes.

English (UK) - "Here's what I found." (nothing happens)
