I got my Google nest mini awhile ago and it worked well but over the past few months it keeps disconnecting from my phone and says “device removed” and it says my email removed it from my home how do I stop it from doing this

A few questions: how frequently the device unlinks (Example: daily, weekly, etc.). When did it start happening? Are you experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues with your other devices at home?
Could you try resetting your Google Nest Mini to see if you'll get the same result?

It would happed randomly sometimes it would stay connected for days sometimes it would disconnect multiple times a day. It started happening around a year and a half ago. And I’ve tried resetting I’ve tried a full factory reset even deleted the home and reinstalled but it kept happening.

Chiming in, have you tried using a different account to see if your device will have the same behavior? Also, did you enable 2-way versification or enroll your account in Advance Protection Program?
