Wanted to give an update to my post in this thread First Posted Thread . It has been well over a month since that post and the problem still has not been resolved at least for me. Apparently this is only happening to me since no others chimed in with the same problem. I tested the timer for one minute again today and it still doesn't work. ( Hey Google, play Newstalk 1230 for one minute) which used to work great. Now today I said by mistake ( Hey Google, turn on the radio for one minute) after a few questions about YouTube music it said here is a station and speaker will turn off in one minute which it did. So it seems like it doesn't work if I tell it what to play, but it does work if I let it choose a random station. I have sent feedback twice now and factory resets as well. Weird that it would act this way. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @BatPepaw,
Thanks for reaching out about the trouble you're having with sleep timers on your Nest Mini. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.
While your specific case of it working with a random station selection is interesting, our team is definitely aware of the issue and is actively investigating a fix.
In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:
We appreciate your patience and continued feedback. You can also report this issue directly through the Google Home app or by visiting our Nest Community forum. This helps us track the problem and prioritize a solution.
If you've already tried a factory reset, there's no need to repeat that unless further troubleshooting steps are advised.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
Brandon.

Thanks for the reply Brandon. I did try the command "turn on the radio" and then "turn off the radio at certain time" (which was about 2 minute) and it did work. The first time I tried it did not work "Turn off at 11:23" but on the second attempt I tried saying the time and adding PM at the end "11:40 PM" and it worked so that seems to be a thing. Also so glad to hear the problem is being worked on your end. Last time something something like this happened you guys got it fixed and it worked well at least for me and my uses until now. This work around gives me some functionality with my nest again till a fix is completed. Thank you for that.
PS I tried the routine stuff a month ago and it didn't work.

Hi @BatPepaw,
Thanks for reaching out and for the update! I appreciate you letting me know the workaround of specifying the time and adding "PM" seems to be working for you. That's definitely a helpful tip for others who might be experiencing the same issue.
I completely understand your frustration, and I apologize again that the sleep timer function isn't working as expected. Our team is definitely aware of the problem and is actively working on a fix. It's encouraging to hear that this functionality worked well for you in the past, and we want to get it back to that smooth operation.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding. We appreciate you being a Google Nest user!
Best Regards.
Brandon.
