Hi all,
I'm having trouble connecting multiple Nest devices to my WiFi network. I have 3 Nest Minis and 1 Nest Hub 2nd Gen. All of them have connected successfully before. I wanted to clean up my Home App, so decided to restart the entire thing from scratch.
I made each device forget the WiFi network, then removed each of them from the Home app. Then I deleted the Home and uninstalled the app. After this, I factory reset each device. I then reinstalled the Home app and attempted to add each device; none of them would connect, and every single one fails when connecting to WiFi.
I know the devices are working properly as they can connect to a mobile hotspot no problem. However, somehow my WiFi network/Router is remembering each device and preventing them from connecting.
Does anyone know what router settings could cause this kind of behaviour? I had multiple Nest devices in a previous house with a different router and never had these problems (even after factory resetting).

I have one that actually does connect to the WiFi as I can see the MAC with an assigned IP lease and can ping them, yet I still can't complete the connection phase of setup in the Home App. Are you sure they aren't connecting to WiFi and that it might be the Home app not finding them?
