Nest audio pair

When I add speakers individually I have access to the settings.

once they are paired I have no access to settings for the pair and it mentions access to the ‘cloud’ is the problem and to try again. 

how do I solve this issue?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

Please make sure that your phone and Google Home app are both up-to-date. If they are, reboot your phone, then uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app.
