Nest audio status lights - Turn them off

Is there any possible way to turn off the bright orange status lights on my Google Nest audio. It's in the kids bedroom so I don't like the mic on all the time and the lights are so bright!

Sorry there isn't any way of changing the LED lights on Google Nest speakers.

Edit: You could use 'Night mode' but this would also reduce the volume of the device.
