Nest audio time change

Hello everyone. I can’t change time on my Nest audio speaker. I don’t have android phone, just my IPhone and Google home app on it.  The shows my Nest audio but the “Settings” are not working there. Do you know how can I fix this? Thank you! 
(the speaker was at apartment that I rent, it’s not my personal)

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

Settings are limited on your Google Home if you are not the one who set it up. For you to be able to make some changes on its settings or display, you will need to have full access on the Google Home app making sure that the right account is selected.

I would suggest you to reach out to the apartment owner and ask if you could reset the Google Nest Audio and set it up using your personal account for you to have full access on the speaker's settings.
