I have a google nest hub. I bought it at Walmart about three months ago. I was away for two weeks on a trip and came home. The screen was black with some green horizontal lines. I tried doing a factory reset but the screen came back the same so there is no QR code to scan. Is this fixable or is the display broken already?

It says I go not have permison to upload an image 🤷♀️ but it looks like this image kind of but mine is black and green https://images.app.goo.gl/Yme6vnZcrzd8fPKg8
and I did the reset by holding down the back two volume buttons and now it wants me to scan a QR code on a screen that is not working 🤷♀️ or enter a number on the device that I do not see 🤷♀️
