I have Google Nest Hub 2 to which I cannot configure the language of Brazilian Portuguese, I did a search on the internet and it says that the language already exists, but in the Google assistant settings there is no language how to solve this situation?

The Google Nest hub 2 is only officially sold in Australia, Austria,
Belgium, Canada,
Denmark, France,
Germany, Ireland, Italy Japan, Netherlands,
New Zealand, Norway,
Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, Taiwan,
United Kingdom, United States (except for Puerto Rico) and the native languages from those countries are the only ones officially supported on the device.

I hope the Portuguese language of Portugal or Brazil will soon be available, in the smartdisplay language options

should update the list because Google net hub 2 is already sold in Portugal

That is a third party retailer that has imported the device from a different country. My advice would be to return it to them and ask for a full refund!
Unless you can purchase the device from the Online Google store within your country and have it delivered to your home address then it's not officially supported, sorry
