Nest hub YouTube music issues

When I ask google nest hub to shuffle a YouTube music playlist with over 100 songs in it, I repeatedly get the same issues:

1. The device typically starts with the same song often even though it was asked to shuffle a 100 plus song playlist.

2. The "shuffle" option picks about 5 songs from the 100 plus playlist and just repeats them over and over again. 

3. The device just sometimes stops playing music even though it has not even come close to playing all songs from the play list. thua has happened after 3 songs, 5 songs, and even 1 song on a 100 song plus play list.

• Are both your Google Home app and smartphone operating system up-to-date?
• Are you using premium or not?
• Do you use the same email address in your Google Home app as you do on YouTube?
• What was the voice command you used to play the desired audio content?
