My Nest hub re-starts every two minutes and thirty seconds! Checked power and power adapter and it is constant. Spoke with Google more times than I can count to see if the would replace this unit! Beyond frustrating! Tried factory reset re-boot deleting and re-installing the app! Google has been sooooo disappointing with the difficulty of not only getting in touch with them but their lack of support for this product. Btw, they finally said that they would replace it but I have yet to receive a a return authorization! It has been months. I feel like I just have Google $100 for nothing in return!!

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub. Since you've mentioned that you already received the approval that they will replace the device, do you have with your the case ID of that conversation so we can check on its status?

This is my case number! 2-9261000032705 They were to replace it months ago but I have yet to receive a RMA
