I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, so let’s get this resolved. A few things: what message are you getting when you are trying to connect it to a Bluetooth device? Have you tried using another Bluetooth device to further isolate the issue? For the Sleep sensing feature, I’m sorry to say that it’s yet to be supported in Chile.
