Nest hub generation 2 not showing wyze camera when doorbell button is pushed

Hello, I have a nest hub generation 2 that I've had for 3 years and it's been working fine showing my wyze doorbell cameras when someone pushes the button. For about a month now it has not shown the camera but it does announce someone's at the front door. There is a white flash of the screen before it announces. 

I have factory reset the display and the home app twice now with no luck and l reinstalled all my devices on the home app and I have set up triggers like I did 3 years ago to allow the doorbells to show on the hub and I can't figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for getting back to me. The weird thing is that it's been working for 3 years with the same camera now within past month or two it quit working. I will check with them and see what they say unless you can think of something else.
