Nest mini adapter highpitched screeching sound

Hi everyone,

My Nest Minis make an excruciatingly high pitched screeching sound when plugged in. Two of them are in rooms where it's often quiet and so it's a real nuissance. From what I've found out on the interwebs, it's possibly coil whine.

Is anyone else experiencing this sound? Is there any way I can get rid of it?

Yes a little bit, my google home in my room just kept saying a high pitched he he over and over again with a random time interval but I just unplugged it

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues with your Google Nest Mini. A few questions: when did the issue start? Is it plugged in directly from the wall outlet? Have you tried to plug in your device to a different outlet? How about resetting the device? Please share some video showing the issue, so we can further check what's going on with your device.
