I have 2 nest mini speakers which are both not working. I have unplugged them, factory reset them, successfully added them to my Home app and it confirms that I have successfully added it. But when I go to use the speaker ie say Hi Google, it says that it is not setup. I am so frustrated about this as I have tried all the possible steps numerous times and they are both still not working. I’ve had then for a while and they did work so I don’t know what is going on. Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea how I fix this?

Many of us are having the same problem. Google are yet to respond to anyone.

Yes, this is exactly what is happening to me today. Factory reset, get it all set up in Google Home, then when I try to use the thing it informs me that it's not set up yet and I should start by downloading Google Home. *eye roll*

I am still having this problem. Have done all the trouble shoots suggested and both my home mini speakers are still not working. So frustrating
