Every morning, I find one of my nest speakers in my home gets removed in the middle of the night. I have to either add it back through the app or completely factory reset the device. I've contacted Google support by email, but they can't fix it. It's definitely a problem with the speakers. Our WiFi hasn't changed for years, and the speakers all worked well for at least 2 years before they started doing this. Come on Google - fess up. You know there's an issue with your speakers but you always act surprised there's a problem!

Hi Tomboy,
I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, and we appreciate the troubleshooting that you did. Could you provide the case number provided by the support team so we can further check for you?
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Juni

Hey Tomboy,
Chiming in, thanks for providing the case ID. Upon checking, the team is still investigating the issue. Let's try to uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app on your phone. Once done, check if you will still have the same issue. Also, please provide the current version of the Google Home app on your phone.
Cheers,
Muddi

I've already reinstalled. The version is 2.63.1.12
All these questions are stalling tactics. Please don't pretend you don't know the speaker software is the problem.
