New 2nd gen Hub restarts randomly

I've had a 2nd gen Hub now for a couple of days, and I have observed the unit just randomly restarting by itself. Sometimes I'll be doing something with it and it'll just interrupt me with "Restarting" out of the blue. I've caught this happening at least twice so far.

My hub is on firmware 1.56.309385 which it looks like it was updated to on first launch so it doesn't seem to be update-related. Not sure what's going on.

I'm just another Google Nest customer, but that's disconcerting.

You could first try a reboot of your Nest Hub: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7072490?hl=en

If that doesn't resolve it, you could try removing your Nest Hub from the Google Home app, and then doing a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477?hl=en#zippy=%2Cgoogle-nest-hub-nd-gen), and then reinstalling it.

If that doesn't work, you could try contacting Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) to see if your Nest Hub needs replacing.
