I purchased T-Mobile internet and was to receive one year at half price. I purchased two (2) Google TV Hubs. One works perfect and the second continues to say sign up. T-Mobile replaced one and still got the same information. It is connected to internet as other apps run, i.e. YouTube, prime, etc. Every time the home is pressed it brings up the screen and when I go to Library and click on the recording it gives the message "Whoops something is wrong". Can anyone tell me what is going on. Cannot find any help from YouTube TV as they do not offer support.

Thanks for bringing this up, and apologies for the late response here. I know how challenging it can be when you're having issues with one of your Google Nest Hubs. Could you tell us if it's the 1st or second generation? Have you tried to log in using a different account to see if you will have the same issue? Also, have you reached out with YouTube TV support to check if free trial accounts are shareable to other devices?

Got it working. My 1/2 off for year from T-Mobile is not showing on account.
