New nest hub

New nest hub doesn't play video like advertised. Keeps saying link account or what screen. I rebooted it and reset it multiple times. It clearly show it can play hulu, disney plus and Netflix on the packaging. It will not play any of those on it. It won't even link Netflix. Now I can screen mirror but that not why I got this. I wanted to just stream with out using phone. It won't even show the apps.

I’m sorry to hear about what’s happening with your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: what country are you in? Are you getting any messages when linking to Netflix? What’s the exact behavior of your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen whenever you ask it to play a video from a specific provider?
