The mic isn’t working for video calls on my Nest Hub Pro Max. It can hear me when i talk to it but once someone picks up they cant hear me. Ive unplugged, rebooted and toggled the back switch and nothing seems to work. There is only one switch in the back and it turns the camera and mic off and on together. Each time it says, mic on and still isn’t working. Seems like a common issue but really lessens the functionality when a main reason for purchase was video chats.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Google Nest Hub Max. A few things I'd like to ask-- when did you start experiencing this? Have you already tried performing a complete reset to your Google Nest Hub Max? If not, let's go ahead and try that and see if this would make any changes.

Hello. Nope I have rebooted multiple times. Now the video isn’t working either. They can see me but I can’t see them. I can hear them but they can’t hear me. I have never had a successful call with this device. It was a Christmas gift. I hooked it up after New Years and it has never worked properly for me.
