No music provider options

On the app it doesnt let me connect any music provider and only shows no deafult. I have tried many solutions such as changing language and restarting both my phone and google mini many times along with doing full resets and deleting the google home app many times yet nothing is working.

• Which music provider are you trying to connect to (e.g., Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music)?
• What type of Google Mini do you have?
• Did you get an error message?
• What voice commands are you using to play music?
• Do you have a premium subscription to the music service you're trying to connect?
