I have been able to pin the cast icon, however there is no option to enable cloud services. Is this a paid service or a technical issue. I have not signed up for the paid version of Workplace. Thanks in advance for any clarification.

To confirm, do you have a Google Home/Nest speakers? Are you trying to cast from your phone to your speakers or display? Please tell us more details about your concern so we can assist you properly.
