My sound on my doorbell never works. Why is this happening? I get video, but no sound!!

If you have a 1st gen doorbell, under Settings | Microphone for your doorbell in the Google Nest app, are Microphone and Audio Recording enabled?

If you have a 2nd gen doorbell, under Settings | Audio for your doorbell in the Google Home app, are Microphone and Audio Recording enabled?
