My Google nest is connected to wifi and successfully linked through my Google home app. However, when I am trying to use it it replies with an error message. Can you please help me sort this out? I have tried plugging it off and in to allow for updates, several times and still getting the error message. I own the device for 3 months now and am still unable to use it...
Also, I don't have a 2nd phone to do the setup using a mobile hotspot.
Is there a phone number I can call for assistance?

A few questions: what's the message that you're getting? Was this Google Nest device working before? Are you using a private WiFi network to set it up?
You can try factory resetting your Google Nest device and setting it up again to get it working. We don't have a phone number, but you can request a callback so one of our support team can reach out to you.
