Personal Results not working even when turned on

I’ve been trying to link my Headspace account to my Google Home, but when I try to use the Google Assistant app to sign in to Headspace, it tells me that I need to turn on personal results in the Google Home app. I’ve had personal results turned on all the time and I’ve set up voice match and I cant think of anything else to do to make it work. My Headspace account is linked (I think?) but I cant access anything through my Google Home or Google Assistant app.

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand it can be confusing when things don't work like they should, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

I was able to find a great article that might help you with your issues with the personal results. 

If you're still having issues, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
