Playing apple music through the nest

We have had our nest wifi and speakers for well over 6 months now, work brilliantly most of the time! However for the past month I have been struggling to voice command to play music, our dedicated streaming device is apple music where we have a family subscription on both apple and android phones. My husband, son and daughter can all voice control "hey google" to play a song. However when I ask Google will respond firstly with "[song name] playing on apple music", followed by "your account is no longer linked, please relink through the companion app". Why is this happening? Apple music is linked and all 3 other people in the house can voice control but me!

On your phone, go to the home app, click settings, music, make sure Apple Music is selected if not select it. If it is listed under unlinked service link it. If it is selected, unlink it and relink it. You mat also want to retrain your voice match.
