Playing audio simultaneously over Chromecast TV and Google Home Speaker.

I have a installed Chromecast 2nd generation on my TV and I am able to cast my screen, audio and also YouTube video etc on the TV. I also have Google Home Speaker , 1st generation and I am able to play YouTube audio over it and cast audio through Bluetooth. However, I am not able to play audio simultaneously from both Chromecast TV and Google Home Speaker nor I am able to create a speaker group with Chromecast TV and Google Home Speaker. Would like to know the solution for this problem .

Hey nag451,

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here, and apologize for the late response.

Sorry to know that you're having an issue creating a speaker group on the Google Home app. A few questions - what exactly happen when you tried to create a speaker group? Is there an error message? Are both devices connected on the same network? Are you using a dual-band router? Also, could you share with us the troubleshooting steps that you've done?

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Muddi
