Problem connecting MacBook Pro audio to nest audio speaker

Hello!  The google device failed to appear on both my Bluetooth list on my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. It only worked on my iPhone. Went the route to 'enable pairing mode' on the google home app but doesn't seem to work. Help, please!

Hey alexisnghe,

Welcome to the Google Nest Community Forum.

Apologize for the late response. To confirm, are you able to connect your MacBook and iPad Pro to a different Bluetooth speaker? Have you tried disconnecting your iPhone from the Google Home speaker before connecting a new device?

Please note that if Google Home is paired with multiple devices, it connects to the most recently paired device. Make sure to disconnect first from the previous device before connecting to a new one. You can say, "Hey Google, unpair devices." Also, all devices have different Bluetooth distance ranges. Therefore, we recommend you keep your device connected to Google Home via Bluetooth as close as possible–to ensure you get the best performance. Ideally, the device should be within the same room as the Google Home device.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Muddi
