It would be really useful if you could set the assistant volume independent of the audio output of other channels (like Spotify). 

Use case: we play white noise quite loud to relax our baby but when we do a voice command the response from the assistant is louder than needed. Enabling a set Assistant volume would stop the assistant’s confirmation from waking the baby.
