Public Transport - Connections

I can ask Google when (e.g.) the next train departs from Station A to Station B via Google Nest Mini. However, the assistance is lost when I add a specific time (e.g. When is the next train from Station A to Station B at 11am). 

I tried different variation but nothing helped. Can the problem me solve and how?

Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear that your Google Assistant is unable to answer your question. I would be more than happy to help look into your question.

 

I tested out a variety of commands and got it to work!  I asked, "What time is the 5 am train from Station A to Station B." 

 

The assistant responded with "The best way to get to Station A to Station B would be to take the train departing at 5:42 am, and explained how long it would take. 

 

I tested that command a few more times, and now it works!

Hi,

I tried the phrase you recommended several times (with different variations) but Google did not understand my question. However, when I ask something like:

When is the next train from 'Reading station' to 'London Paddington station', Google can give me an answer for the next available train(s).

 

This information does not help me, as it takes a while for me to get to the station (I have to take a bus to get to the station or walk for approx. 20 mins). And asking Google (verbal) how to get from my nearest bus stop to 'location B', is always a challenge for Google Home 🙂 It does not know what to do.

Funny things is, when I use Google Maps in the browser I get the information.
