Refuses to connect to wifi

Brand new nest mini and literally won’t connect to the wifi. I have two others and they worked perfectly at the new home. 3rd is brand new and won’t connect even though it’s found in the up-to-date, current Google home app.

Sorry to hear about this. Let's go ahead and sort this thing out by answering these questions:

  • How far is the Google Nest Mini from your router?
  • Are you getting any prompts upon attempting to set it up? If yes, what is the exact prompt?
  • Have you already tried rebooting your router by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes?

Let's go ahead and try first to reboot your router and try setting up again. Let's make sure that when we set it up, it is within 10-15 feet frem the router.
