So, we have nest devices in all rooms, however we have recently started experience issues with regional radio selection,
so the nest mini in the kitchen plays our correct region for greatest hits radio,
as do all other nest minis
but on nest home display, it goes to another region,
same wifi, same house,
tried everything that has been mentioned before, but i cant get the display to play our region, it wont have it,
the nest minis however play the correct regional station
any ideas
east midlands currently listening to harrogate news and weather.

Hi Mrblue,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your playing radio concerns on your Google Nest Hub. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? What command are you using to play the radio station? What steps have you taken so far?
I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Juni

This is happening to me too - I want either Greatest Hits London or Kent, as I'm on the border between both, but I'm getting Manchester or Yorkshire!

Hi Talurve,
Thanks for posting. If a speaker or display doesn’t play the requested radio station, be more specific with the voice command or ask for the station in a different way. You can try to search by name, frequency, or call sign. If the wrong radio station plays when you use a station’s frequency in your voice command, you can try to add the name of a nearby city. Example: "Play 101.9 FM LA". Check out the helpful article below to know more about it.

I've tried numerous ways of asking for the station region I want but it's not making any difference, I'm still getting a random region.

Hey there,
Thanks for the additional details you’ve shared, and sorry for the late response. Are you still experiencing it? If so, you can try the factory reset; this erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.
