Is the device powered on? Yes, it wouldn't be speaking to me if it wasn't
Is the device successfully connected to a Wi-Fi network? Yes
Is the Google account used to set up the device the same one associated with the routines? Yes, the routines sometimes work fine, sometimes don't
What specifically is incorrect during the Routine briefing? The Nest/Home device is announcing something along the lines of "there was an error with your routine please check the account the routine is on or change which account the device is signed in to" this is a household routine and the devices are definitely part of the household
Have there been any recent changes to the Google Assistant settings for the primary Google account linked to the device? No
