'Routines' is still not showing in the app

The app doesnt show a 'routines' button.

 

We have the latest version of the app. We have iOS. We have Google Home. We're in The Netherlands..

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Hi,

There used to be a way to see up the 'routines' on my google home system.

I'm in The Netherlands and have all the latest firmware/ios updates. 

 

When I look at tutorials on how to change routines, people will have a button on their screen. I think these people are usually Americans. We don't have that button.

 

I used to be able to bypass this issue by giving google the voice command "Hey google, change my routines". Subsequently, Google would send me a messaged link in my Google Home App with a button to change my routines. Lately however Google stopped responding to that question.

By the way, I saw on the internet that there were a lot of other people also having this issue. No solution was presented, people were quite pissed off.

Thanks but the system here is very buggy. Probably going to switch soon to Apple or Amazon. Thanks for your replies and have a great work day
