I’ve had a Nest Audio for a couple of months now, and I’ve always had a routine set for the morning. It’ll turn on my light, tell me the time and weather, and tell me what’s in my calendar for the day. The problem is that it doesn’t actually tell me what’s on my calendar for that day. It just tells me to have a nice day after telling me the weather, which is the third step of the routine. I’ve tried resetting the speaker, uninstalling and reinstalling the Google home app, taking the calendar option off of the routine and re-adding it, rebooting, all without luck. My phone is an iPhone 7, but the issue was present when I had used a Pixel 5a for a couple of months. I contacted Google Support through live chat, and they said that they’d investigate the issue. I have not heard back from them since I first contacted them in November. I even asked them to escalate the case a couple of months ago, but still noting. Anyone know how to help me?

Hey Muddi,
I found out that there wasn't really an issue at all. Calendar data is protected by voice match and I was using an old profile for voice match (my voice has changed in the last couple of years.) All it took was for me to retrain voice match and everything worked. It was a bit annoying when Google Support didn't include that in their troubleshooting and had spent the last 6 months "looking into" the issue, but I eventually figured it out. Thanks for responding to my initial question.
Best,
Jack

Hey JackHubbard,
Thanks for sharing details about the issue here, and apologize for the late response.
Thanks for sharing details regarding this issue. I know how annoying and challenging it can be to not have such an important feature work when needed, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you send us your case ID so we can look at what's happening with your Nest Audio?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Cheers,
Muddi
