Hi,
I have invested in Google homes all over my house, including 2 Google home max, 6 devices in total.
As of the past wew months, my devices started having all kinds of issues:
1) wont respond to simple commands such as "stop playback", or "turn off light".
2) stops music randomly
3) plays music in wrong device
4) paired google home max cannot see the speaker pair
5) looses wifi connection ( have a very robust wifi setup with several mikrotik AP)
I understand Google's dilema about cost, but there has to be a middle ground for this, I invested a lot of $$ buying devices to make my life easier, but instead is consuming a lot of my time trying to troubleshoot or say my commands several times, this is not acceptable.
Either REFUND me for all my devices or get it right, I would be even willing to pay a monthly fee as I do for my extra storage to have a higher tier googleAssistnat or Gemini into my devices,but please DO SOMETHING.
