Setting up Google home device with Google home app. Has worked previously. Now goes right through the set up process, connects to the device, then comes up with "cannot communicate with you Google home". Any ideas?

I did reply earlier. Still no joy. Tried connecting to a bt hotspot and tried both 2.4 and 5mhz settings. Fed up!

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, have you tried using a different phone/tablet? What is the make and model of your phone?
Try to set up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home device).
