Si è verificato un problema, riprova fra qualche secondo

Salve, scrivo dall'Italia, da qualche tempo il mio goole nest mini non funziona bene. Se gli chiedo qualcosa mi risponde "Si è verificato un problema, riprova fra qualche secondo". Ho già provato a spegnerlo per un minuto circa e poi a riaccenderlo, all'inizio funziona, ma dopo qualche ora il problema si ripresenta.

We're sorry to hear about this experience with your Google Nest Mini. A few things I'd like to ask-- when did you notice this behavior? Do you have other Google Nest speakers that is experiencing the same thing? How far is the speaker from the router?

 

Let's make sure that the Google Nest Mini is closer to the router preferably within 10-15 feet away from each other. Also, restarting your router might help as it will refresh its network settings and avoid possible network congestion.

1. Ho notato questo comportamento da diversi mesi;

2. Non ho altri dispositivi che stanno riscontrando lo stesso problema;

3. la distanza tra il dispositivo ed il router è di circa 8 metri;

4. ho riavviato il router, ma in problema rimane;
