SiriusXM app randomly pauses, losses place on Nest

Again, I have contacted SirusXM support for Nest related issues with SiriusXM playback

Several times a day, the app will just pause playback of music. When I go back and begin playing again it will start over from live (can be within a minute or several minutes depending on what I am doing)

Also, if you pause for an extended period the app will close (for instance, if I pause to make lunch, when I get back it is on the clock face screen and the app will have been completely shut down. Is there a way to set a timeout timer to allow for a longer pause period (as I will sometimes pause for a song I like and want to hear in its entirety and come back to it not being available)?

These are 2 issues

One is the app pausing for no reason and starting up at live instead of the point it paused

The other is asking about fast forward and rewind functions
