Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) is displaying the Sleep Sensing setting as Inactive and keeps telling me to set it up on my phone, which I've already done, maybe times.
I'm in Australia, so that's not the issue. I have a personal Google account, so again not the issue. This is the only Hub I have so it's not an issue of using one account across two devices so I don't know what else to try.

I have the same problem. Added new Google nest hub 2nd generation on 12-3-2022. Device shows sleep sensing inactive despite activating all the options on Google Home. Where to get help ? Kevin

I also have the same problem. Got a new Google hub 2nd generation on 12-3-2022. Google hub say go to your phone and turn on sleep sensing so I go there follow all the steps and when its say it's complete and I must calibrate the hub it says inactive and I must go to google home app to turn it on. I have the same issue, I can't seem to activate it. Thought it was cause I've reseted the device and thought maybe it still linked to previous configuration so I deleted the previous home and tried again but nothing

Yesterday I try it again first I turn off sleep sensing on my phone then I turn it back on again after that I look at my google hub and sleep sensing was not inactive anymore and it works now.
