Speaker connection after upgrading to Nest Wi-Fi Pro

After upgrading to the latest Nest Wi-Fi Pro (6E) I can’t get my Google Home (1st gen) and two Google Home Minis (1st gen) to connect to the wi-fi network.

I have tried every tip on the Google site to get connected, none work.

anyone else confronted this and have a solution?

Hi Jeffreycallison,

Having the Nest Wi-Fi Pro (6E) is the way to go so, let's find out exactly how we can connect your Google Home and Google Home Mini to it. if I may ask, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried? Does that include doing the factory reset to revert your speakers back to its default and original settings? What is the message when it failed to establish Wi-Fi?

It would help a lot if you could transfer your speakers near your main router, preferably within a 2-3 meter radius. Also, do a sequential reboot if you haven't yet by unplugging the power cord starting with your router followed by your speakers. Restarting your phone might also help. Plug them back in sequentially  after 3 minutes and tell us how it goes.

Best,

Dan
