Speaker groups missing from Speaker Group list

Issue: Only 1 of 3 of my speaker groups are showing in the Speaker Groups page on my Google Home app

Context: I have 4 Google Home Minis; 2 in the living room, 2 in the bedroom. I have 3 speaker groups; 'living room', 'bedroom', and 'ALL SPEAKERS.'

At some point the other speaker groups became unavailable and I can't figure out why. Anyone else encountering this issue?

Hi Dirkmcbasketbal,

 

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
