Yesterday, I got a notification that my husband's account removed our Nest Mini in the living room from our home. The problem is that he didn't! He was driving home from the hospital at the time.
Then, today, I got another notification that my daughter's account just removed the same speaker from our home. The problem is that I'm sitting right next to her bed in the hospital and watching her - she absolutely did not and cannot have done it!
I highly doubt their accounts are compromised. What a Doofenschmirtz-ey thing for a hacker to do if they were. But I cannot find any explanation for why a device keeps being removed from our home and blamed on accounts that absolutely did not do it. Is this how the robot revolution starts?
