Speaker voice problem

The speaker is responding to the command but I can't hear the voice of speaker. I'll try to reset it and use it again but it's not working

Just to confirm, what type of Google Home speaker do you have and how did you do the factory reset? Was it the same steps as what you see in this link? Are you experiencing this behavior on all commands you asked for?
