Starter timer automations doesn't start.

In the Google Home app, when creating automations, the timer for starting automations does not work.

That is, by specifying the exact start time of automation, it does not turn on at the specified time.

All automations work only with voice control or manual triggering, and if you choose to launch them at a specific time, they do not.

Hi Neohome,

 

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers and smart devices are we working with? Was it working before? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord from your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

 

Once done, you may try setting up your automation via personal routines:

 

Important: To get results like calendar events and commute info, you must turn on personal results.

 

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Tap Automations and then Add and then select Personal.
  3. To name your Routine, tap Untitled.
    • If you add a voice starter before you name your Routine, the voice starter becomes the name.
  4. Add the starters and actions you want. Note: If your Routine is set to start automatically and includes actions with audio, specify the device you want the audio to play on. At the bottom, tap Device for audio, select a device and tap Save.
  5. Tap Save.

Ok, it started to work by itself. Don't know what has happened before.

There is still a problem that I couldn't start general automations on all devices at once. Device for audio for each automation is only one for some strange reason.
