I tried to respond to another thread but it got locked
I tried every solution suggestions but the device simply won't work past the update. All I can do is reset. It's not the internet connection, it's the device itself - the update starts, then it suspends... I gave it 2 days to complete the update on my last try.
Anywhere I can get the device fixed or traded in?
