Streaming music while away from home

For those who were disappointed when Google removed the ability to control their speakers while away from home and not connected to the same WiFi network, I have a workaround.

I have a camera set up in the same room to watch my dog while I am out and can give instructions to my Nest speaker through the Talk & Listen function.
