Hi, I though you would like to know how I linked a Tapo S200B smart button at £15 at the time of this post to Google home. Google home does not expose the Tapo S200B button when Google home is linked to Tapo so I created my own and this is how I did it.
I purchased a Tapo 304M smart 4 way power strip from Argos at £29 at the time of this post and added it to the Tapo app.
I then added smart automatons to toggle each smart socket in turn for Single Click, Double Click, Rotate Clockwise and Rotate anticlockwise.
With the above set up all four actions on the S200B now toggle on and off each of the smart sockets on the 304M, each one for a dedicated S200B action.
In google home that is linked to the Tapo account the four smart sockets are available for Google home automatons. In my case, turning on or off lights by assigning the Tapo 304M socket one on / off to existing lighting actions. Also playing radio on my speaker group or stopping playing by assigning the Tapo 304M socket two to appropriate voice actions and so on for sockets three and four.
