Okay this is absolutely how messed up Google is at the moment... these are my devices that I have: I have two Vizio TVs a 32-in d series and a 43-inch v series, I have four LED Wi-Fi lights C by GE, I have eight geeni light bulbs by Merkury, I also have a Merkury security camera... I also have a Google hub and a mini speaker... For over 2 years I never had a single problem never ever ever, then along came a major update to the app and ever since then I have not had a single week where everything worked properly the way it used to there's always one or more problems each and every day... I'm getting so **bleep**ing sick of reporting these problems and filling out this form filling out that form sending this and sending that in taking a video taking screenshots sending in information and the **bleep**ing problems still exist not a goddamn thing has been done... I have nightly routines set up automate my apartment when I come home... I always wait to see IF it turns the lights on it's a goddamn crap shoot if they work right or not now you never know, I don't even know if they work properly when I leave because the routines just don't work right anymore like they used to, my reminders no longer pop up on my generation 1 nest hub, they don't pop up at all. I have to ask Google what my reminders are. Many times when I ask my Google a question she'll say I don't know but here's what I found on the web which kind of defeats hands-free doesn't it especially when driving, more often than not Google can't even get my location right anymore. Seriously several times now she has me living in Arizona not Illinois for whatever reason. Google even had the stupid idea for me to go out and take pictures of my surrounding area to help Google verify where I am now yet I haven't changed my location in 20 years, I mean hell even I know what the problem is there it's the present sensing data that doesn't work properly... My alarms don't always work right anymore I set an alarm and then I'm glad I have a backup alarm cuz half the time my Google alarm doesn't work right, my Google mini speakers absolutely useless now... Many questions or tasks I ask my mini speaker to do she doesn't do and just says sorry there was a glitch please try again later or she says sorry I can't connect with such and such or she says sorry there was a problem, Google made a change to routines recently none of them worked right I had to reset up everything every **bleep**ing day now there's a routine that goes off at 10:00 every goddamn morning and yet when I go through my routines I don't have a routine set up for 10:00 so there's no way to delete the **bleep**ing thing yet every morning at 10:00 she says it's 10:00 for whatever reason, I want to ask Google to turn on one of my TVs she will say sorry I can't reach Vizio smartcast and yet she still turns the TV on or off sometimes, I had the same problem with my lights I asked Google to turn my lights on and she'll say turning on so many lights sorry I can't reach see by GE and yet she will turn them on or off anyways, more often than not my night time routine to turn my lights on due to my proximity fails and the lights come on after I've already entered the apartment instead of before I enter the apartment so I can see what I'm doing when I walk in..
I have tried changing accounts I have checked my firmware my firmware's up to date using a different account doesn't fix anything, I have sent in form after form after form I have troubleshooted this troubleshooted that I've had phone calls emails chat sessions... At one point Google acknowledged that these were all known problems... um if they're **bleep**ing known problems why don't they fix them?
It's not my Wi-Fi that hasn't changed in fact it's increased it's got better because I upgraded and I also have a Wi-Fi pod that doubles my already increased Wi-Fi coverage in my apartment and I've also tried it with that pod off it made no difference, when I'm in the living room and I asked my Google nest a question my Google mini speaker which is 20 ft away in my bedroom behind a closed door answers and then says sorry there was a problem each and every **bleep**ing time... I'm sick to death of Google. Google absolutely **bleep**ing sucks
